02 AI-generated content
The Service produces AI-assisted drafts, suggestions, and proposed actions ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs are starting points for your review, not finished work.
- AI Outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or content that doesn't match your brand voice perfectly.
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI Outputs before they are published, sent, scheduled, or otherwise acted upon.
- The manual-first default and approval queue exist precisely to ensure a human decision before consequential actions occur.
We do not warrant that AI Outputs are accurate, complete, current, lawful in your jurisdiction, non-infringing, or suitable for a specific purpose.
03 Marketing performance
Marketing results depend on many factors outside the Service — your offer, market, audience quality, pricing, channels, deliverability, and the broader regulatory and economic environment.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (revenue, leads, bookings, conversions, return on ad spend, or otherwise). Anything that looks like a promise of results in our marketing should be read as an example, an estimate, or an aspiration — never a guarantee.
04 Regulatory compliance
