Why are exact prices not listed yet?
MarketinQ is in early access. We're calibrating tier sizing with the first cohort of design partners before we publish public prices — that way the pricing model fits the value delivered, not the other way around. Waitlist members will see pricing before the public.
What does "early access" actually include?
A working MarketinQ workspace with the briefing intake, BrandProfile, AI generation, approval queue, and reporting loop. You get hands-on roadmap input, priority support, and locked-in launch pricing when the public release ships.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes — Starter → Agency upgrades migrate your workspace and BrandProfile cleanly. Agency → White-label brings your client roster, snapshots, and approval policies with you.
How are AI usage limits handled?
Each tier ships with a generous AI generation allowance sized to the role. Agency and White-label include credit wallets and per-client usage caps so you can budget execution across your roster.
Do you offer onboarding or implementation support?
Yes. Early access onboarding is hands-on — we walk through your first briefing, your BrandProfile, and the approval defaults that match your operating style. White-label includes a dedicated success contact.
What payment methods will be supported?
Credit card and ACH at launch. Annual billing with a discount for Agency and White-label. Invoiced billing on White-label with custom terms.
